A Frenchie Halloween
One of things I miss most about New York is the Tompkins Square Park Dog Halloween Parade. It’s not so much a parade as it is a gathering of the most creative people in the city with their 4 legged friends in tow. It’s amazing. It’s ART. And it’s really fucking cute. Now that I’m in LA, I was feeling less than inspired about getting Bru dolled up. But at the last minute, I woke up and decided to take Bruley to the West LA French Bulldog Halloween meet-up. We got there a little late, so most of the Frenchies had shaken off their costumes by the time we arrived. It was super hot for a Sunday morning. Nevertheless, he had fun running around with the 49(!) Frenchies. And after, we popped by my sister’s to show off his costume and see the (still unnamed) puppy. Enjoy the pics:
You can’t tell, but the brindle was dressed up as Batman:

Totally over it. He’s probably telling the pup: “Dude you’re so lucky you are gonna be big so your mom won’t dress you up.”

Pup’s response: “Yeah, I got nothing. I’m out.”
