Way to go RHINEBECK! I’ve spent many, many days in Rhinebeck, NY. It’s seriously the cutest town, about 90 miles north of New York City. I’m kind of unsure of how I feel about it getting SO MUCH attention thanks to Chelsea Clinton. But it could be worse. I have to give props to Access Hollywood (even though it’s a rival network…shhh)! They interviewed some of the best people in town. Ira (owner of Samuel’s) is a great guy and loves Bruley. Enough said. But most importantly, Jim Ettenson, aka “Uncle Jim” is seriously one of the best guys on the planet. If you ever want to check out real estate in Rhinebeck, Uncle Jim is your man!
Every so often, I get casting notices from old coworkers. I’m going to start posting them here!
Bravo is looking for an over-the-top NY family for their own TV series that will follow their fabulous life and also showcase their tight-knit, close family bond. (Think “Real Housewives or NY/NJ or “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”).
Ideally, they should live in NY (preferably Long Island) and have a big extended family (teens, adult children, grandparents, etc.) who also live in NY.
Family members should have outgoing, outspoken personalities and not be afraid to speak their minds. Jewish is a plus, though not mandatory.
Feel free to spread the word and interested families should email me ASAP with names, phone numbers, family description and photo(s).
